The Mary Jane
As may be seen from the supplied photo, this is a very well-managed specimen. It is a pity that this member page is introduced as an advertisment for selling her. But that is life. Sheriff 600 belong to the kind of boats that may be an "entry level". They are so cheap that even young people may afford them, but they give so much back that many owners want to pass on to bigger boats.
Mary Jane newly painted

He has made a lot on the Mary Jane this year:
  • The boat is repainted in the original blue color above the waterline, and is also repainted below the waterline.
  • About half of all wooden parts have been replaced
  • The toilet is removed (but is comes with the boat if sold, so it can be reinstalled)
  • A new carpet is put on the floor inside
  • All wooden parts, including cabin door and rudder are varnished

There are some minor things to take care of, though. The most important thing, according to Jesper, is to repaint the white part of the boat since there are some blue stains after the repaint of the hull.

The boat is fully equipped, but some things should be specifically noted:
  • A Johnson 6 hp outboard motor comes with the boat.
  • The sail wardrobe consists of one mainsail, one genua and one jib. All in good condition.

The price of the boat is set at 17.000 SKr, which corresponds to about 1700 Euro. The boat is in Stockholm, and you can mail Jesper if you are interested.
