Liberato Vanacore

Liberato show his "Sea Angel" before launching. It gives an opportunity to view the paintwork, the rigging etc. Nice work, Liberato!

In August 2004, Liberato added two splendid photos, taken from helicopter(!). Scroll down to see them!

Sea Angel before launching
My Italian is rotten, which reads "non-existent", but I add a line supplied by Liberato himself as an explanation to the photo:
Rimessaggio Sea Angel in Castellammare di Stabia (Napoli - Italia)

Further communication with Liberato has revealed that YES, there IS a second forestay used to strengthen the mast that may be used to host a strong wind sail when needed.
Liberato's own comment: "Really the sea angel is equipped with a - "di uno stralletto di prua"- second forestay used for possible staysail, but principally to reinforce the mast (strong wind , rough sea etc.). This equipment is removable with a line system.
Castellammare di Stabia is the berth port (near famous Pompei)"
Liberato also very appropriately deliver a URL that points to an Italian - English sailing dictionary. Nice work!

From this photo it can be seen that Sea Angel is equipped with a mainsail that is not original. What boat is it? Please, anyone, what is the name of the boat type with the symbol that can be seen in this sail? A contest where the winner just get honour!

Wonderful photos, don't you all agree?
